# Download BOS Video AI

> Download the BOS Video AI installer for Windows 10/11 (64-bit), check the system requirements and verify the file before you install.

## Available releases

- **Windows 10 and Windows 11, 64-bit**: the installer `BOS-Video-AI-Setup-<version>.exe`. The latest version, size and SHA-256 checksum are shown in the download box above.
- **macOS**: in the works, coming soon. Check back here or on the [release page](https://github.com/redsun-vn/bos-video-ai-release/releases).

Only download the installer from this page (bosvideo.net) or Redsun's official release page on GitHub. Do not use copies sent over Zalo, Facebook or shared drives.

## System requirements

The app treats a computer with 8 GB of RAM or less, or a CPU with 4 threads or fewer, as low-spec: it exports 720p video and makes one video at a time so the computer does not freeze. 720p is still sharp enough for TikTok, Reels and Zalo. For smoother 1080p video, use a computer with 16 GB of RAM and a CPU with 6 or more threads.

The installer does not need administrator rights and you do not need to install anything else.

## What you need before you start

- Your business's **BOS account** (username and password) to sign in.
- **An AI service key**: the first time you open the app, the setup assistant asks you to paste an OpenRouter key. See [where to get an OpenRouter key](https://bosvideo.net/faq#where-do-i-get-an-openrouter-key).

## Verify the download (optional)

The SHA-256 checksum proves the file you downloaded is the installer Redsun released, not damaged or altered. Open **PowerShell** in the folder that holds the file and run:

Get-FileHash .\BOS-Video-AI-Setup-0.1.6.exe -Algorithm SHA256
```

Replace `0.1.6` with the version you downloaded. The value in the `Hash` column must match the SHA-256 in the download box above (upper or lower case does not matter).
